Aerodynamic fairing
There is an aerodynamic fairing for the different hoses along the whole hoses to reduce the force on the hoses.
This fairing is turnable and has a very good air resistance.
One approach is to use a Twin-Vane with Z-Track-Fairings.
This contains a good relation between air resistance and weight.

Wings
For the stabilization of the entire high-altitude wind power station, it may be necessary to attach wings and a rudder.
These stabilize the entire high-altitude wind power station by means of a control system.
Self-stabilizing platform
Another approach is to build a self-stabilizing platform.
Here, the center of gravity (CG) is positioned in front of the center of pressure (CP). This is used, for example, in rockets or a weathercock.


Furthermore, it is also possible with the “Asymmetrical drag - half-shell” in this case only concave/convex or hemispherical shapes (shell anemometer) are required. Convex side has little, concave a lot of air resistance
